Where required, Voda products are independently tested and certified to applicable Australian and New Zealand standards, including WaterMark certification for potable water products.

Yes. Voda’s PVD finishes are designed to provide excellent durability and long-term performance when maintained according to our care and cleaning guidelines.

Warranty & Support

If you believe your product has a warranty related issue, please contact our Customer Support team after reading viewing the Warranty information and product support page.

We may then ask you to complete a Request for Service form and include supporting information such as proof of purchase and photographs.

Yes. Proof of purchase is generally required to validate warranty claims and establish claim eligibility.
